but still got to rock it out No Excuses style!!
No excuses means no excuses so even though i didn’t want to get out of bed this morning i did and i made things happen!
If you want things to change you ave to get out there and make them change if you sit around and wait like 99% of people that’s just what you are going to be 99% of people!
Well i want to be that 1% and so do the people i train.
Are you ready to get out of the norm and break the cycle if so then you are in the right place!
I know my girl Melissa is ready she rocked out her first No Excuse workout tonight and crushed it like a champ!
It was a slope workout starting @ 10 on the way down 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of kettle bell swings, burpees, and medicine ball throws.
Now mind you she has never done any of these things before i love to see the fire in people’s eyes that are really ready to get strong and every time i am around it it just makes me thankful for what i get to do!
So here’s to you Melissa keep getting stronger and stay on your path to that 1%
