well sort of!

Today I started training my wife! She has workd out with me in the past but has always been kinda wishy washy with it. When she asked me if she could train with me for real I told her that  iwould treat her like all y other clients. I was not going to except 50%, 75% or even 90% if she raeally wanted to work with me I would need 100% each and every time out NO EXCUSES, NO WHINNING, NO TURNING BACK!

I love her with all my heart but she s the poster child for NOT being REAL WORLD STRONG.

She is not fat, or over weight but she has no muscle mass at all.

Her arms hurt from opening wine at work, her legs hurt from being on them all day, and she snacks on what she can get her hands on when she has time.
