Women & Men

Hey strength fans!!!!!!!!!

Today i just wanted to post a video of two of our clients getting nasty on a workout but the one thing that is different its a woman and a man training together doing the same workout!

Our no excuses training can  be done by any body any fitness level, that’s one reason i except NO EXCUSES cause i have cancer survivors, old college athletes, young, old, man, woman, it does not matter if you train here you will get results!!!! Period!!!!!

It is so important for everyone to understand that if you want our type of training can be done by anybody.

Anybody that is willing to give it their all, and willing to work to improve their life and body.

Our training is hard and it takes time but if you put your heart and soul into it you will change your life for the better and for the long run.

Take a look at matty and rob both pushing each other through a No Excuses workout!

Getting into the swing of things!!!!

Kettle bell swing that is!

My dragon boat girls were new to the kettle bell but let me tell you they are getting the hang of it and quick!

I am very proud of them and cant wait to see how their new found strength is going got transfer over onto the boat.

THey are going to be rocking their competition no problem because not only are they building new real world strength but they are also working on team work to help them push each other through our workouts.

I would like to thank them for making me part of their family and guess what strength fans i think you are going to see me in a dragon boat this spring!!!!!!!!!!

I cant wait

I Love New Clients!!!!!

I really love them when they are dedicated to their success!

This week is off to an amazing start thanks to some new amazing people!

Tonight i ran three boot camps with the dragon boat teams i talked about a few weeks back and let me just say………

 

THEY WERE AWEEEEEEEEESOME!!!!!!!!

This was something new to them and they jumped right in the water or the boat!

Everyone was at different fitness levels but they all had heart and made it through the class.

The one big thing was they already had great team atmosphere which i always try and create in my classes and that so important in boot camp and in life!

My new girl Melissa is also becoming a rock star with her training and we took another video of her this time outside in the cold with some of the strongman(women) goodies.

Here she is doing tire flips, sledgehammers, and sled push and pulls!

I take such joy in helping people help themselves and when people are really dedicated it makes the job i love even better!

Sick as a Dog!!!!!!!

but still got to rock it out No Excuses style!!

No excuses means no excuses so even though i didn’t want to get out of bed this morning i did and i made things happen!

If you want things to change you ave to get out there and make them change if you sit around and wait like 99% of people that’s just what you are going to be 99% of people!

Well i want to be that 1% and so do the people i train.

Are you ready to get out of the norm and break the cycle if so then you are in the right place!

I know my girl Melissa is ready she rocked out her first No Excuse workout tonight and crushed it like a champ!

It was a slope workout starting @ 10 on the way down 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of kettle bell swings, burpees, and medicine ball throws.

Now mind you she has never done any of these things before  i love to  see the fire in people’s eyes that are really ready to get strong and every time i am around it it just makes me thankful for what i get to do!

So here’s to you Melissa keep getting stronger and stay on your path to that 1%

We are Not Easily Broken!

My athletes here train and they train hard!

I push them to achieve more, to break records, to push themselves to their limits to reach their goals and their dreams!

To train here at The Real World Strength Coach you don’t have to be an elite athlete you just have to have will power and drive and the doors are open.

We will not except any tire kickers or slackers or those who don’t give 110% to reach their goals!

Those of you  who want more out of life its time to get strong in mind and body….REAL WORLD STRONG!

Her is our “Lumberjack” No excuses workout where we do 3 rounds for 1minute work of Log Press(which do to some poor camera work you will not see in this video), shrugs, and band squat thrusters where you score 1 point for each rep completed and the person with the most points after 3 rounds of 1 minute work of each wins.

We all win though because we just got an amazing workout while pushing ourselves past our breaking points!

Mom always said keep it clean!!!!

Pulled out my 100lb sandbag the other day while i was getting ready for our womens only boot camps and banged out some cleans.

Sandbag training is such a great full body workout!

It works your grip, legs, arms, back, and created explosivness!

You may say explosivness is great for athlets but it is also important for everyday activites!

Having the strength to pick up your kids, catch the dog, or shovel the driveway are all things that sandbag training can help with.

Remember getting strong can be simple!

Sometimes it just comes down to moving some weight!

Our world today is set up so we have so many things done for us, DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF AND IN THE PROCESS BUILD STRENGTH
