Here it is THE TOTAL 20 my new full body complex for CONSTRUCTING awesome work capacity which leads right into well you know REAL WORLD STRENGTH.

 

It consist of….

20 tire flips(im using a 600 or so pound tire)

20 Kettlebell swings 10L/10R ( im using 50lb Kb)

20 Kettlebell snatches 10L/10R (50lb)

20 box/tire jumps(with step down 10L/10R0

20 pushups(im doing weight chain push ups)

MY time was 5:52 not to bad had the heart pumping and blood flowing and best of all having FUN while constructing Real World Strength!

So remember have Fun and Construct Strength
